Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Yes. In order to provide all our clients with best possible service, we require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Please note that there is a $50 fee for late cancellations and no-shows for the first three missed appointments. Four or more missed appointments will require payment for the full time scheduled or $50, whichever is greater, for any missed or late-cancelled appointment.
Additionally, we may not be able to hold or schedule recurring appointments should a client accrue four late cancellations and/or no-shows. You may cancel or reschedule via phone at (603) 873-4244.
Q: What if I’m running late?
A: If you think you might be late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected emergencies arise; however, if you arrive late your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments scheduled after yours. Please note that you will be charged for the full session booked. Out of respect and consideration to your massage therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, and arrive on time for your appointment.
